In the first six months of fiscal year 2011-12, Rockhurst University patron requests for resource sharing rose over of 30% from the preceding year. Why such a dramatic increase? And how are we keeping up with demand? We will share how Rockhrurst managed this unexpected growth, the potential implications for collection development, and the changes to staffing and workflow that resulted.
